RYAN WILLIAM WILKINS ships frozen seafood in insulated packaging designed to protect product quality from our facility to your door.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within Australia is typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed dates.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight and the shipping method selected. Any applicable charges are shown before you confirm your order.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. Please track your delivery promptly and arrange for someone to receive the frozen goods.

Delivery issues

Please make sure the delivery address and contact details on your order are correct. If a delivery is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours at info@archivespedigree.shop or +61 480 721 953 and we will help investigate with the carrier.

International orders

We currently ship within Australia. If you are outside Australia and would like to order, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.
